In general, we are sensible girls – we assess the risks, the degree of “necessity” and the applicability of each purchase. Once a season, however, we allow ourselves the luxury of an emotional purchase – one that we plan at least 2 months before we buy … that we dream of … with which we subsequently associate entire periods of our lives … to which we seem to owe thousands of happy moments, successes, achievements, experiences and so on.
