This summer, get ready to pile on the jewellery. Multiplying and layering is hot on runway, whether that be bracelets, rings or necklaces. Here is our list of the hottest jewellery trends to adopt this summer:
The single earring
Would you dare to wear just one large and long earring? We spotted this trend making a comeback on the runways of Stella McCartney and Balmain amongst others
Upper arm bracelets
Ashish and Roberto Cavalli adorned their models with gorgeous arm cuffs on the S/S 2017 runways. Adding an arm cuff can inject some quick quirk into any outfit.
Statement pendants
Massive pendants were spotted on the models walking the Valentino, Givenchy and Tory Burch runway. And when we say massive, we mean massive. Layering long necklaces with chains of different lengths was also seen on many runways.
Multiple rings
Load up those fingers as the current trend for rings is simple. Just wear lots of them. Don’t be afraid to stack larger statement rocks with some more delicate pieces.
Fine chokers
The choker trend is one that refuses to go away. For 2017, it does seem to have evolved a little towards more delicate chokers, as we saw on the models for Celine and Tommy Hilfiger
